Verified Knowledge Press is a publishing company registered in Uganda and operated from Kampala. Our services include the sale of published books, speaking engagements, workshops and training, publishing guidance, and consulting services related to AI productivity and professional transformation.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our written permission

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems

Products and Services

Books

Books sold through our website or third-party platforms (such as Amazon and IngramSpark) are subject to the terms of those platforms as well as our own refund policy. Digital and physical books are sold as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements are confirmed only upon receipt of written agreement and, where applicable, a deposit. Travel, accommodation, and logistics costs for out-of-town engagements are billed separately and agreed in advance. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation terms as outlined in the individual engagement agreement.

Workshops and Training

Workshop bookings are confirmed upon payment or written agreement. Materials fees, where applicable, are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule workshops due to circumstances outside our control, with reasonable notice provided.

Publishing Guidance

Publishing guidance services are delivered over an agreed timeline and are subject to the scope defined at the start of each engagement. Timelines stated (such as our 6-month publishing journey) are targets based on consistent client participation and are not guarantees.

Consulting

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which will be provided and agreed upon before any work begins. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines will be specified in that agreement.

Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. For clients in Uganda, UGX pricing may be provided. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, book content, images, graphics, and the Verified Knowledge Press name and brand — is the intellectual property of Verified Knowledge Press or its contributors. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read that book. It does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that our content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
